MIND TRAINING: TIME DISTORTION I

  1. Practice staring without blinking.
  2. Practice dilating your eyes at will.
  3. Practice quiet sitting (staring with no conscious thoughts).
  4. While driving an automobile, stare at the horizon i.e. where the land meets the sky at the farthest distance away from you.
  5. Dilate your eyes.
  6. Do not blink.
  7. Do not think.
  8. You should have a feeling of well-being radiating out from you.

* Work this far and in two weeks we will continue this exercise.
