I was told that Master Reeders' father was a Dutch merchant in Jakarta, Indonesia who married a Chinese princess. The father of this Chinese princess was Grand Master Lieu Siong. Grand Master Lieu Siong moved from China because ground glass had been thrown into his eyes during a life and death confrontation, almost totally blinding him and it was a matter of time before he would be killed. As a means of repayment for staying with the family of his daughter in Indonesia, Grand Master Lieu Siong repaid Mister Reeders by training his son, Master Willem Reeders, in Huc Chung Kun Tao. Huc Chung Kun Tao is not an eyeshot kata form or a series of physical moves as some practitioners believe. It involves strictly spiritual training, and this is where the deadly as well as the healing aspect lies. Anyone who started training after 1965 did not get this training, and only three initially were introduced to Huc Chung at all. If you were introduced to Huc Chung Kun Tao and followed through with it you vowed to teach it with no restrictions. I was told by Master Reeders that Huc Chung is the highest form of Kun Tao, and that it means through meditation and prayer, one can do whatever has to be done, with conscious, consistent and paranormal results as the ultimate goal.
