Anyone who is deeply involved in the martial arts - be it Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, et cetera - searches for knowledge of its secrets. One searches for a way to learn the Freeze, the Change (Manifestation), or the Shield. There are three ways to achieve this. First, the physical way, which is shown in the Judas steps, through Master Reeders’s kuntao system. Secondly, the mental way, which begins with perception-sensitivity, mirror work and other concentration techniques. But, the highest way is spiritually, for it makes the physical and mental more complete, consistent, and deadly. I have spoken to other Kuntaoists and have heard they also work on knowing the future and applying their intuition to the present. I realized so many years ago that knowing the future does not translate into changing what is meant to happen to, for example, my loved ones who may be a few blocks or many miles away. Just knowing the future will not help me protect them. This update will not only give you the basis for acquiring the kuntao secrets mentioned above, as well as knowing the unpleasant dangers the future brings; but more importantly, it is my effort to relay a way to change these events - to have a say in your life and the lives of your loved ones.

Preparation:

1. Set up an altar as in picture # 1.
2. Visualize pictures # 2, 3, 4 and 5 - internalize them.
3. Light the candles.
4. Kneel down and bow your head.
5. Breathe diaphragmatic-residually, tongue on the roof of your mouth, eyes closed..
6. Be serious and contrite.
7. Say, “I love you Lord,” with your whole heart, whole mind and whole soul. Get a total feeling for this before you start your visualization.

Visualization Part 1:

1. Picture image # 2 in front of you and say with feeling, “I love You with my whole heart.” Picture your heart leaving your body, going into the heart of image # 2. As if this image is rubber, your heart is sent back to you like the loading of a sling shot. It springs back into you and you are blessed by this action.
2. Say with feeling, “I love You with my whole soul.” Picture your soul as it is like a vapor, rising up from your feet and out of your head into the head of image # 2, going down into the Lord’s body and reentering your body in a circular motion. You are blessed by this action.
3. Say with feeling, “I love You with my whole mind.” Picture your brain as an image of your mind. It enters the mind of image # 2 and like the sling shot example, springs back into you - blessed by this action.

Visualization Part 2:
To be done immediately after part 1

1. Picture image # 3 standing away from and in front of you. Say, as above, with all the feeling of love you can muster, “I love You with my whole heart.” Again, your heart goes into the heart of image # 3. But, this time, the heart of Jesus comes into you, replacing yours - making it more pure.
2. Say, “ I love You with my whole soul,” and picture the soul-vapor going into image # 3. It returns back to you through your feet. Try to actually feel your soul rising through your body and into your head. You should feel a little light-headed.
3. Say, “I love You with my whole mind.” Picture your mind (brain) going into the mind of image # 3, which must be real to you. The mind of image # 3 then replaces your mind - making it more pure.

Visualization Part 3:
To be done immediately after part 2

Say, “I love You with my whole heart, mind and soul. Please help me to walk the Golden Road which leads into your arms so you can hold me tight and keep me, my loved ones, and all good people everywhere safe and close to you forever.” Now picture yourself as you were when you were pre-pubescent; the Lord takes you by your hand and leads you up the Golden Road. See yourself being held by the Lord, as in image # 4. Feel it as if you are being held by a loved one. Now picture the Lord enters straight into you, and turns around inside you. Concentrate, so you can see and feel the Lord’s head is really inside your head; his eyes are about to look out through your eyes. When you see and feel this happening, slightly open your eyes and believe the Lord is looking out your eyes. Ask to see the world as the Lord saw the world when He was alive and today. Ask to be able to do the miracles He did then and does now as a sign that you have reached this level of spiritual training. See image # 5; ask and know you are receiving the strength, courage, and wisdom of the Lord. For the Lord knows all and can do anything.
